At Impact Home staging we look at your property as a buyer.  The problem with most homeowners is that they are unable to see their homes from a buyer’s point of view. This keeps them from optimizing their homes and placing them in a light that is attractive to potential buyers. 

 

 Impact Homestaging started in 2015, with years of residential sales experience, Val has an eye for detail and knows exactly what the buyers are looking for in the market. She will come to your home and discuss with you what we can do to help in your home, either a partial stage (working with your current furniture and decor) or a full stage (completely empty home). We offer free quotes and ongoing support throughout your marketing.  

 

On the General business side and Vals helper, Tiffany has years of business and admin experience. Currently completing her certificate in interior decor, Tiffany is always up to new challenges and learning along the way to help improve the family business. in 2017 Tiffany took over the business.

Tiffany - Owner/Operator/Stager

Tiffany jointly Started Impact in 2015 with her mother in law Val, who passed on her knowledge from 12 years of real estate sales experience and took over in mid 2017. She comes from a background of  hospitality,customer service and business management. After always being interested in interior design, she took on the challenge to learn and gain knowledge into the world of staging, along with caring for her two children.

Emma - Assistant Stager

Emma comes from a background of retail and customer services. She joined the team in 2016 bringing her can do attitude and organisational skills. Emma has a Interest in Photography and enjoys spending time with her children.
